Our lab accepts intraoral scans from clinicians using digital scanning systems that have the ability to utilize the open STL format for all restorations and all crown and bridge work. Intraoral scans provide inherent advantages including greater predictability and accuracy and instantaneous data transfers to our lab.

For both traditional and implant restorations, our Lab accepts scans for the Align Technology iTero™, Carestream, PLANMECA CAD/CAM SOLUTIONS, the 3M™ True Definition Scanner, and 3Shape’s TRIOS®.
Once your scan data has been transferred to the digital network at our lab, a specialized team of dental technicians performs a small clinical evaluation to verify that each case is ready for production using 3 shape designing softwares i.e. Implant Studio, Dental System, Ortho Analyzer, Splint Design.
After the digital case design is complete, the design file is transferred to the production team based on the type of material and restoration requested by the doctors.
